What is Prepaid Internet Starter Pack and what can it do?
Prepaid Internet Starter Pack is a bundled Prepaid Internet SIM pack and a USB Modem. It allows customer to have access to the internet without monthly commitment. No contract. Use when you want. Reload when you need.
When is the DiGi Store Online Prepaid Internet Starter Pack promotion period?
The promotion starts from 3rd June 2010 and is applicable while stocks last.
Can I purchase the modem ONLY?
No, it must be purchased as a package (i.e. Prepaid Internet SIM Pack + USB Modem).
What is the difference between the modem in this package and normal modem in the market?
The USB modem packaged (Huawei E1550) is not SIM-locked, 18 months warranty from Huawei, pre-configured for DiGi Internet setting. No more hassle of manual settings.
I'm having problems with my modem. Where can I get it checked?
Please send it to the nearest Huawei Service Centers / collection centers or call their Careline at 1-300-88-1100 for online troubleshooting and direction to service / collection centers.

What is the pre-loaded validity for the Prepaid Internet SIM pack?
The Prepaid Internet SIM pack comes with 5 days' internet usage.
How do I extend the validity / internet access? Where can I get the reload coupons?
You can extend your internet access by reloading. Reloads can be done using normal reload coupons. Reload coupons are available at many convenient locations nationwide including dealer's outlets, selected ATMs, pharmacies, department stores, petrol stations and convenience stores.

How many days can I use the internet for with this Combo?
This is a combination of a DiGi Limited Edition Prepaid Internet SIM pack with a reload coupon which has reload value of RM50.
Can I buy only the Reload coupon?
No, you cannot. This is a Combo/bundle promotion.
How many days can I use the internet for?
The DiGi Limited Edition Prepaid Internet SIM pack is preloaded with 5 days access and the reload coupon RM50 allows you another 25 days of access.
Meaning the combo gives you a total of 30 days access uninterrupted.

All iDiGi plans are tied to a 24 month contract.
Customer is only allowed to upgrade from a lower iDiGi plan to a higher iDiGi plan. No bill waivers will be provided for usage incurred between signing this agreement and prior to the plan being affected in the system.
No downgrade is allowed. If the customer chooses to downgrade, his account shall be terminated, for more info on termination please refer to Penalty/Termination fees section.
Subject to clause 1(c) above, conversion from the current iDiGi plan to any other DiGi voice call plan is allowed but the customer shall be charged the relevant penalty charges.
Penalty / Termination
The Customer shall be required to pay the relevant penalty/termination fees if the plan is terminated before the expiry of the contract period.
Customer can choose to terminate their line at any point of time but penalty or termination fees will be incurred on the final bill.

The table above indicates the cost savings that the customer will enjoy after signing up for the iDiGi Postpaid plan.
The monthly fee promotional prices are implemented throughout the customers 24 month contract period.
The iPhone 4 can only be purchased with a 24-month contract.
Savings* = RM200 savings will be deducted upfront from the RRP amount and the balance savings will be credited equally over 24 months in your monthly DiGi bill.
Upfront payment is required for all models. 16GB = RM2,090; 32GB = RM2,490.
Monthly fee applicable for first 24 months. From Month 25, the fee will revert to the original plan monthly fee.
Savings based on total rebates given every month in your DiGi Postpaid bill + discount on device RRP amount (RM200).
All cash payments must be made in Ringgit Malaysia (RM).
Supported credit cards: any local or foreign credit card with EMV chip AND either Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
Supported debit cards: any local debit card with Visa or Mastercard.
Third-party credit cards are allowed provided the credit card owner is present at the point of purchase.
Auto Billing rebate of RM5 per month will be reflected in the monthly Postpaid bill if you sign up for Auto Billing at the point of purchase.
Auto Billing is not activated automatically.
Customers that terminate their contract before the end of the contract period will be charged RM400.
All monthly bills will include a 6% service tax on the charged amount. This is not included in the monthly fee.
DiGi will bear all credit card transaction charges at the point of purchase.
Customer has the option to choose the type of phone model and color upon signing up for the plan, but subject to stock availability.

General Terms & Conditions
The iPhone shall only be offered if the customer signs up for the iDiGi plan.
Data included in the iDiGi plan applies to local mobile internet usage only and excludes SMS, MMS and other DiGi subscriptions based services. This plan is further subject to fair usage policy (as stated in www.digi.com.my). Subsequent data usage which is above the relevant data bundled shall be subject to speed which shall be throttled down to 128kbps for both upload and download speed.
Personal account holders paying via cash or credit card are not required to pay advance payment/misc fees upon signing up for this plan.
Data included in the iDiGi plan applies to local mobile internet usage only and excludes SMS, MMS and other DiGi subscription based services.
Personal account holders subscribing for the iPhone 4 package will be able to add 6 Friends-and-Family (FNF) numbers.
The iPhone (and relevant software) purchased under this plan shall be subject to the terms of warranty from the relevant manufacturer of licensors. The limited warranty shall be provided for a period of (1) year commencing from the point of the first activation via iTunes and can only be performed via selected DiGi Centres.
DiGi will honour a one to one exchange of all iPhones purchased from DiGi provided it is within the limited warranty coverage period and meets the Apple warranty policy. In compliance with Apple's iPhone warranty policy stated on http://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/iphone, DiGi will accept the faulty iPhone and provide a replacement iPhone.
The replacement iPhone is a brand new unit supplied by Apple to DiGi for purposes of warranty replacements. The replacement iPhone will not be provided with any packaging or accessories. In accordance with instructions provided by Apple, DiGi assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage.
A 6% service tax shall be applicable on all Postpaid monthly bills. This is a mandatory requirement by the Government of Malaysia.
DiGi's general terms and condition are stipulated in DiGi's General Terms and Conditions and any amendments there of shall remain in force and applicable to the plan or any changes to the subscribers plan herein.
