Q1 How does my line gets registered once I've purchased a call or internet plan / pack online?
A1
  1. For all Prepaid Call Plans: Your line will be automatically registered and you are required to make first call activation to start using your SIM.
    Follow the simple steps: Upon hearing welcome message, select your preferred language and to activate your line, press 1.
  2. For all Prepaid Internet: Your line will be automatically registered and you can start using your SIM immediately upon delivery.
  3. For all Postpaid Call Plans & Broadband: Your line will be automatically registered and you can start using your SIM immediately upon delivery.
    Note:
    If you are unable to use your SIM card, please call DiGi Customer Service @ 016-299 1128.
Q2 How many lines can I register via DiGi Store Online?
A2 For Prepaid Call Plans: You can register up to a maximum of 10 lines, accordingly to the Malaysian Communication and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) ruling.
  1. For Prepaid Internet: Currently, there are no number of internet lines limit which you can subscribe to.
  2. For Postpaid Call Plans: You are allowed to have a maximum of 2 principal lines.
  3. For Broadband: You are allowed to have a maximum of 1 broadband line only.
Q3 Do I get to choose the number that I want for my plans?
A3
  1. For Prepaid Call Plans: Yes, you can choose numbers which are being displayed at the "Choose Mobile No." section at the buying process.
  2. For Postpaid Call Plans: Yes, you can choose numbers which are being displayed at the "Choose Mobile No." section at the buying process.
    There are special numbers which you can choose from:
    1. Running (Normal) ?Free
    2. Lucky ?RM200
    3. Golden ?RM500
    4. VIP ?RM1,000 to RM2,000
  3. All prices for special numbers will be treated as advance payment/misc fees and will be shown in your 1st month bill.
  4. For all Prepaid Internet and Broadband Plans: No, you cannot choose numbers. It will be pre-selected and no change is allowed.
Q4 Is 3rd party registration allowed?
A4 No, 3rd party registration is not allowed.
However, for supplementary registration, the principal accountholder will be informed and delivery of the SIM card will only be made to the PRINCIPAL and not the supplementary accountholder.
Q5 Is there a commitment or monthly fee that I need to pay for the plans?
A5
  1. For all Prepaid products: No, there's no monthly recurring fee or commitment fee.
  2. For all Postpaid products: Yes, there will be a monthly / commitment fee depends on the Call Plan or broadband package which you subscribe to.
    Examples:
    1. DG 50 Call Plan ?Monthly fee of RM50
    2. DG Smart Plan ?Monthly fee of RM68
    3. Broadband Discover Plan ?Monthly fee of RM68.
    4. Broadband Explore 10GB ?Monthly fee of RM108
    These monthly fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Q6 Do I need to pay anything upfront for Postpaid plans?
A6 Yes, for all Postpaid products, there will be an advance payment/misc fees which is chargeable depending on the plans/package.
Examples:
  1. DG 50 Call Plan ?Monthly fee of RM50
  2. DG Smart Plan ?Monthly fee of RM68
  3. Broadband Discover Plan ?Monthly fee of RM68.
  4. Broadband Explore 10GB ?Monthly fee of RM108
These monthly fees are subject to change without prior notice.
Q7 For unsuccessful registration of mobile number, what should I do?
A7 You can either:
